What is the Quality of Life (QoL) Information and Registration 2023?
The QoL Information and Registration 2023 is a web-based registration process to capture important information from resident community members. Your participation in this exercise will ensure that your details are accurately updated. The information will help develop/tailor initiatives to provide better service and help plan future programs.
How can I complete the QoL Information and Registration 2023?
There are two ways to complete the QoL Information and Registration 2023.
Option 1:
You can also download ‘The Ismaili’ app to update your and your family details through the ‘Update Profile’ link.
Option 2:
Visit the QoL Registration Desk and speak to one of the QoL Registration Volunteers. They will ask for some details in order to generate a unique username and password which will be used to register all family members in that household.
Any adult member of a family that lives together can then visit the website https://www.iiuae.org and personally register their family members. A step-by-step guide is available online.
Option 3:
Any adult member of a family that lives together in one household can complete the entire registration process for their family with the help of the volunteers seated in designated areas in their respective Centres.
I am already registered – why do I need to do this again?
This is to ensure that any communication continues to reach you as intended, and to ensure that services and initiatives are in line with current needs of the community members.
Will my data be kept secure and confidential?
All data collected will be maintained on a secure and restricted database to ensure that the data is kept safe, secure and confidential.
Who should complete the Information/Registration process?
All community members with a residence visa are required to complete the registration process. If your spouse is not a resident and/or if your children are unmarried and/or studying abroad and are considered as part of your household, you may also enter their information.
When is the last date to complete the Information/Registration?
This exercise will run for six weeks. However, we hope most people will complete the registration within the first two weeks commencing 21 March 2023.
How long does the Information and Registration Questionnaire take to complete?
The registration takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes to complete.
What if my login details do not work?
If you face any difficulties using the system, please refer to the instructions online or send an email to the QoL Registration Helpdesk at
qolinfo@ismailicentredubai.org.
We will strive to reply to your email within 36 to 48 hours. You can also approach any of the QoL Registration Volunteers.
What should I do if I know people who have not heard about the QoL Information and Registration 2023
or are unable to register themselves?
If you know of any family members or individuals who may not be aware of the registration process, please inform them.
If there are any individuals who are unable to register themselves by either of the options available, please inform one of the QoL Registration Volunteers or send an email to qolinfo@ismailicentredubai.org
Can I amend my details if I have made a mistake?
Yes. The registration process allows you to edit and update details of your household and members up until the drive is open.
What if someone does not live in the same household anymore or has moved away?
If they are residents, they have to register their new household separately. If you know of such individuals, please let them know that they will have to register separately. If they have moved away, please inform QoL Registration Volunteers in your respective centers to assist you.
My spouse is non-Ismaili, do I need to include his/her details?
Yes, the survey is for community members and their family members.
Can I skip questions I’m not comfortable answering?
Some fields are marked mandatory. You may further consult with QOL volunteer.
My family is not based in UAE/GCC, do I still need to specify their details?
All community members with a residence visa are required to complete the registration process. If your spouse is not a resident and/or if your children are unmarried and/or studying abroad or if your parents/ In-laws are on long-term visit visa and are considered as part of your household, you may also enter their information.
I’m leaving UAE/GCC soon, do I still need to participate?
In case if you are leaving GCC soon, please send yours and details of all the members in your household to QoLinfo@ismailicentredubai.org. We will have your records marked accordingly.
My extended family lives with me, do I need to specify their details?
Only if they have or intend to live here for more than three months.
My family members are here on a visit (on visit visa) do I need to specify their detail?
Yes, all family members living together at same address should participate.
My family is spilt between more than one residences, can I include them in my form?
If they are residents, they have to register their household separately.
